Clinical Data Coordinator - Inpatient Coding

The Clinical Data Coordinator will participate in the recruitment and orientation of Clinical Data Services staff, recommends hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions and terminations as appropriate. Some of the duties also includes initiating regular contact or networking with employees, physicians, and other professionals not employed by the hospital on similar projects, benchmarking, etc in accordance with hospital strategies.
