Laboratory Supervisor - Histology - Evenings

In this exciting role you will coordinate a wide variety of administrative, fiscal, personnel, technical and clerical activities to ensure operation of the Histology Laboratory. Initiate new procedures as well as study, refine and modify established methods and techniques. Serve as a resource to the Leadership Team. Address complaints regarding laboratory functions and work with the Leadership team as well as the staff to resolve identified problems. Provide direction, supervision and working support on the benches to Lead Histotechnologist, Histotechnologists and support staff.

This is an evening shift position, working Tuesday - Saturday from 2pm - 10pm. Saturday shifts require flexibility in scheduling for early or late hours.

Required Criteria

• B.S. degree in Medical Technology or related science
