    Certified Central Processing Technician - Endoscopy - Mid Shift

    In this role, you will be responsible for manually cleaning and reprocessing scopes in a safe and cost-effective manner using established policies and procedures under the direction of the department supervisor. Executes the cleaning, sterilization and assembly of equipment, supplies and instruments following prescribed procedures and techniques. Utilize your strong work ethic in this high volume department, that is crucial to patient safety.

    This is a full time position working 11:00am-7:00pm, including rotating weekends and alternating holidays, in Endoscopy at NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center.

     

    Preferred Criteria

    • Prior CSPD experience
    • Experience with scopes
    • CER certification

     

    Required Criteria

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from the International Association of Healthcare Central ...
