Experience a place where your discipline is an important contributor to patient experience. In this role, you will provide social work services to the various Pediatric, In-Patients.
You will conduct psychosocial assessments, interventions and discharge planning for patients from across the world. You will also serve as a valuable resource as you communicate with patients, their families and the highly skilled interdisciplinary team in order to assure excellent outcomes and an outstanding patient experience. Here, you’ll experience all the reasons why you entered such a rewarding field
This position is M-F 9am-5pm position
This position will have weekend and holiday rotation.
