About the Internship: This is a dynamic opportunity for undergraduate sophomores and juniors to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, team engagement, and wellbeing activities within a professional environment. You will work closely with various departments to plan, organize, and execute events, gaining valuable skills in communications, vendor coordination, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:

• Assist with planning and communications for the Pride event, including vendor coordination and attendance at planning meetings.
• Contribute to the organization of the Employee Appreciation Day, handling food coordination and logistics.
• Support the execution of blood drives.
• Play an active role in the planning and execution of the 20-Year Gala.

Wellbeing Activities:

• Organize monthly or bi-monthly wellbeing events in collaboration with local companies.
• Develop communications and outreach strategies for these activities.

Team Engagement:
