Health Educator – Family Planning Practice - Grant Funded - Day Shift

In this grant-funded role under the direction of the Program Manager, the Health Educator will deliver health education and promotion to patients through individual counseling, outreach and inreach activities, and take a lead role in campaigns to improve patient experience and engage priority populations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing patient-centered counseling to patients on a range of sexual and reproductive health topics (ex: contraceptive counseling, pregnancy options counseling, STI/HIV prevention, healthy relationships, partner communication)
