The Pharmacy IT Specialist serve as the front line point persons to address Pharmacy IT needs, including daily troubleshooting, reporting and metrics, system maintenance, assisting with upgrades, implementations etc. The Pharmacy IT Specialist will be involved with any projects or changes on the enterprise level and will need to be able to work collaboratively with pharmacy operations and other departments to find mutually acceptable ways to improve safety and efficiency.
