Financial Living Donor Specialist – Kidney/Liver Transplant

Working directly under the Transplant Service Line, the Living Donor Specialist will work collaboratively with the individual Transplant Program to facilitate and manage all phases of the living donor program from a financial perspective. The Living Donor Specialist will provide financial education and guidance to the living donor patient throughout all phases of the donation event, including counseling on covered benefits, educating on opportunities for obtaining insurance coverage and grant programs.

In addition, the Living Donor Specialist will have administrative responsibilities involving review of patient accounts and ensuring services bill appropriately.

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree
• One to three years of  experience
