Labor Relations Manager - Columbia Hospital

In this role, under the guidance of the Director of Labor & Employee Relations, provides consultation on grievances, initiates and maintains satisfactory relations between the respective union leaders and management. Supports contract negotiations, manages grievance procedures, and administers labor/management relations.

Preferred Criteria

• Master's in a related field
• Project Management experience

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 6 years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis on Labor Relations
• In-depth knowledge of labor relations and working knowledge of contractual obligations and implementation
