Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Food Service, responsible for working in a specific retail area, such as Starbucks, in a warm and inviting customer focused area. Responsible for producing and serving hot and cold foods, preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, sanitation and cleaning, stocking and organization, cashiering and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Job Duties
Prepares to standard, in accordance with customer requests, a variety of hot and cold beverages using required ingredients, accessories and equipment.
Heats, prepares and serves convenience foods to standard for customers using specific equipment, including but not limited to a Turbo Chef oven; serves other foods to customers such as muffins, scones, etc.
Maintains and cleans cooking and brewing equipment, utensils and area according to sanitary standards and regulations.
Greet and engage with customers with a warm welcome and respond to customer requests and problems promptly and courteously.
