Prepare and cook menu items for patient meals, cafeteria meal service at catering events with high regard to quality presentation and service. Follows recipes and checks all items against the recipe cards. Participates in catering programs demonstrating dining room etiquette and guest relations. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned. Demonstrates knowledge and use of equipment in kitchen.

This is a full-time day shift position 11:00am-7:00pm including weekends and holidays, located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
