In this role, you will be part of a team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable Wound, Ostomy Care Specialists. Each member of the team operates on a high level of autonomy and is responsible for delivery of patient care and consultations for patients with wounds and ostomies. WOC nurses collaborate with unit leadership and staff RNs by recommending appropriate treatment and prevention plans, while coaching, and mentoring staff in wound and ostomy care.
