At a high level, think of NexHealth as trying to build the back-end infrastructure needed for digital innovation in healthcare - kind of like how Striple digitized payments for e-commerce. Simply put, NexHealth is using data to create the ecosystem where companies can immediately "plug in" - and interact directly with an entire host of different vendors, such as AI algorithms, electronic medical records, payment/reimbursement systems, and more. This is a huge undertaking - reducing the "friction" associated with digital innovation in order to accelerate overall adoption and innovation speed of healthcare as a whole. NexHealth has ridden this mission to a $1Bn+ valuation - let's see if they can keep the momentum going.
