Noom is a leading global digital health company focused on helping people live healthier lives through behavior change. We’re a mission-driven, high-growth organization that’s powered by science, technology, and world-class talent.
Our Product team is made up of Product Managers that are helping us make products to make the world a healthier place. Noom’s Product Management team starts with a deep, empathetic view of user motivation and psychology; and then tests innovative ideas at a scale that is rare in a mission-driven domain. We like to say we are not just data-driven, but data-informed and user-driven.
We are looking to connect with generalist Product Managers who have an interest in tackling some of the most interesting challenges across our suite of consumer products, B2B/Enterprise services, and internal systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
**Develop product strategies that improve the Noom experience for users.**Ability to become a domain expert in one or more relevant product areas.

Noom is one of the more senior metabolic management startups on the market - they've been around for nearly a decade, have raised $600mn+, and earned hundreds of millions in revenue. Originally a phone app that color coded foods to help users seeking weight loss manage eating behaviors and choices, they've grown to include additional programs, such as telehealth prescription programs for GLP-1s and other synergistic programs to help patients combine behavior change with weight loss goals. However, much like other tech companies, Noom has experienced a few series of layoffs over the last few years. Is the weight-loss startup space reaching saturation? (May 2024)
