Our Engineering team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee the Agile Scrum process for 3+ cross functional teams. This role will assist these teams to enhance productivity, improve collaboration, mitigate risks and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be responsible for assisting/coaching the Technical Lead Managers for your teams to ensure best practices for Agile Scrum or Kanban are followed.
- Oversee 3+ cross-functional scrum teams consisting of iOS, Android and backend developers and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to launch and continuously improve features of our mobile application and website

Originally a phone app that color coded foods to help users seeking weight loss manage eating behaviors and choices, they've grown to include additional programs, such as telehealth prescription programs for GLP-1s and other synergistic programs to help patients combine behavior change with weight loss goals.
