We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Product Operations to run and optimize our product operations function. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of Noom’s product offerings while driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product operations and program management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering impactful products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with Noom’s leadership team to develop and facilitate Noom’s product operations best practices, including product roadmap ideation, shepherding delivery, and ensuring successful launches.
• Align operational processes with company goals and drive continuous improvement.
