We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll function at Noom. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing a seamless payroll experience for employees. The Payroll Manager will work closely with the People Operations and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy, manage vendor relationships, and support the scaling of our payroll systems as Noom continues to grow. This position requires an in-office presence 1-2 days per week in our Manhattan office.
