The Omada Marketing team is focused on creating awareness and engaging people for lasting, healthy change. We are looking for a creative, growth-minded marketing professional to join our Growth Marketing team to drive member acquisition by leading the content strategy and development of prospect marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and client-led channels.
Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, strategizing, developing and optimizing marketing communications designed to acquire new members. In addition, the Growth Marketing Manager will identify and test new opportunities outside of our current channels to expand our reach.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience with direct marketing to consumers; healthcare or regulated industry is preferred
- Direct marketing experience must include developing email, direct mail and digital campaigns to drive acquisition
