Job Overview:
Omada is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health (BH) Consultant to join our Clinical Services team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Behavioral Health, the BH Consultant will leverage their experience and expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to motivate and uplevel our care team. The BH Consultant has no direct member contact. The role focuses on enhancing the team’s capabilities in handling BH concerns, ensuring they can effectively support our members. This position enables Omada to scale BH support across healthcare services, enhancing overall care quality.
Your impact:
As the Behavioral Health Consultant, you will:
- Serve as the initial responder for clinical questions related to BH and act as the primary backup for BH escalations when necessary.
- Collaborate with Health Coach Operations to identify and implement training needs for the care team.
