As the UX Coordinator, you willprovide operational support across design, content, and research to enable our User Experience (UX) team to function more effectively and efficiently. You’ll partner with our UX researcher to maximize the reach of the voice of the member. You’ll meticulously coordinate logistics for member research, and manage projects collaboratively to ensure that work is completed on time. Other responsibilities include: coordinating weekly team meetings; supporting with offsite planning; contractor management; managing content approval processes; CMS management and content uploading.

A digital-first healthcare provider focusing on behavior change for chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension, Omada Health has seen explosive growth and expansion across many adjacent healthcare fields, such as obesity and musculoskeletal care. It's an interesting journey to assess, one where starting with a huge problem (say, diabetes care) creates dozens (if not hundreds) of different ways to address the problem in society, all while gathering a treasure trove of data to guide future strategy, operations, and initiatives. And Omada's market is gigantic - nearly 100 million Americans alone have pre-diabetes, and nearly half of Americans have hypertension. These gigantic problems (and, thus, gigantic markets) have led to hundreds of millions in funding, with a valuation well over a billion dollars. (October 2023)
