About the Role:
We are searching for an Engineering Manager to drive our B2B capabilities, including Billing, Incentives, Performance Guarantees, and Reporting. This role requires technical acumen and strong leadership to advance our business objectives.
In this role you will lead a distributed team that plays a vital role in new client implementations, enabling new partnerships, and expanding the scope and reach of Omada Health. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in technologies like Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, Redis, and Postgres to ensure system excellence, while also integrating AI advancements. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging diverse perspectives and driving the professional growth of your team as they contribute to our strategic goals.
