Job Overview
As a Staff Product Designer on our member experience product team, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, behavioral researchers, and data scientists to explore, design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that help people make lasting changes to their health. You thrive in ambiguity and proactively advocate for whatever it is you need to succeed. You deeply understand and can champion our users, and design solutions that are equally thoughtful, elegant, and delightful. You are an expert communicator, and enjoy working closely with a diverse set of people to get things done. For this specific role, we’re looking for someone with exceptional visual design skills to lead and support our team in implementing our brand’s visual and motion expression across our product.

A digital-first healthcare provider focusing on behavior change for chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension, Omada Health has seen explosive growth and expansion across many adjacent healthcare fields, such as obesity and musculoskeletal care.
