Job overview:
As a Sr BDR, this position will drive accelerated growth of Omada within our key alliance partners specific to a health plan and/or PBM partnership. This role reports to the Director of Business Development, Key Accounts.
We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven self-starter who specializes in navigating large health plans and/or PBMs to drive enterprise sales of virtual care / digital health solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize their existing relationships, knowledge of the sales process, and experience selling into enterprise accounts to drive results at scale.
The ideal candidate has experience in leading strategic initiatives for the growth of virtual care products in the larger employer and payer market. The ideal candidate also has in-depth understanding of the virtual care and payer landscape. A digital-first healthcare provider focusing on behavior change for chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension, Omada Health has seen explosive growth and expansion across many adjacent healthcare fields, such as obesity and musculoskeletal care. It's an interesting journey to assess, one where starting with a huge problem (say, diabetes care) creates dozens (if not hundreds) of different ways to address the problem in society, all while gathering a treasure trove of data to guide future strategy, operations, and initiatives. And Omada's market is gigantic - nearly 100 million Americans alone have pre-diabetes, and nearly half of Americans have hypertension.
