About the role

The Attorney is an important contributor to the continued development of Oscar’s state and federal government affairs function.  They have state legislative and regulatory experience and familiarity with the legislative and regulatory policy making process.  Externally, they partner with legislators, regulators, and other government officials at both the state and federal level and trade associations and other external partners.  You will maintain primary accountability for developing legislative and regulatory tracking processes in all jurisdictions, advising on legislative and regulatory interpretation, and in managing a team of professionals to build this function.
