Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Product Designer, Platform to join our Product Design team.

About the role
Oscar's Design Org is a multidisciplinary team that seeks to examine and innovate on the entire health and insurance journey. Our practice is human-centered and data-driven, focusing on empathy, research, and consumer insights. We lead by example and with our values.
This role is focused on the operational platform that empowers Oscar’s internal teams to deliver a markedly different healthcare experience to our members. Oscar Health might be one of the biggest insurance "startups" you might not have heard about in clinic - they IPO'd in 2021 on the New York Stock Exchange and hired insurance giant Aetna's ex-CEO in 2023. Primarily insuring rural, underserved markets, Oscar Health is still loss-making, but is making 2024's goal of profitability known.
