Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager Capacity Planning to join our Shared Services and Transformation Team.

About the role
As the Senior Manager of Capacity Planning, you will lead a team supporting business production and serve as the liaison with team members. You will be responsible for important results through their oversight of production planning to improve scheduling and ensure production teams have the correct resources to meet the needs of our customers.
You will report to the Director of Workforce Management
