About the role

The Analytics Engineer II plays a leading role in the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oscar’s analytics platform, including data transformation infrastructure and downstream semantic layer systems. You will help Oscar transition their CDS (Certified Datasets) from an in-house data transformation tool to DBT.  You will build and architect our DBT implementation, with an eye towards improving our development workflows.  You will also help manage self-service BI in Looker, onboarding new dimensional data models with performance and usability in mind.  You will collaborate with business users and subject matter experts to explore data, define requirements, and deliver ...
