About the role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with and support your product, design, and engineering peers, using research to examine the entire user journey and consider system design to be as important as the artifacts that you produce. Human centered, your work will be rooted in empathy and research, leading by example and with our values.
This role is in our Network Pillar, responsible for how Oscar interacts with our provider partners, an important part of creating the highest quality experience for our members. The software and experiences you will work on help manage relationships, data, and accuracy, ...

Oscar Health might be one of the biggest insurance "startups" you might not have heard about in clinic - they IPO'd in 2021 on the New York Stock Exchange and hired insurance giant Aetna's ex-CEO in 2023. Primarily insuring rural, underserved markets, Oscar Health is still loss-making, but is making 2024's goal of profitability known.
