About the role

As a Data Scientist II (Risk Adjustment Analytics) you will work with business teams, clinical staff, and data colleagues to help develop data pipelines, models, reports and analytics that will shape our Risk Adjustment processes. The Risk Adjustment program within the ACA marketplace ensures financial stability for health insurance plans by transferring funds from insurers with healthier members to those with sicker, higher-cost members. This prevents adverse selection and maintains stable premiums and a sustainable market.
