About the role

As an Associate Director, Leadership Communications you will be responsible for driving, developing, and executing strategic employee communications with the Communications organization. You will be responsible for evolving the Leader Communications function of the Internal Communications team. You will stand up new channels and engagement strategies to align our senior leaders and managers to Oscar’s strategic objectives, drive overall change management across departments, and ensure our people live and demonstrate Oscar’s ethos across our stakeholders.
