About the role
As a Manager of +Oscar B2B Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing foundational marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a proactive leader who can both define and implement marketing initiatives. You’ll analyze performance data and conduct market research to identify opportunities, craft impactful campaigns, and measure success while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
