Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We’re hiring an APP to join our Virtual Health Assessment team.
At Oscar Medical Group, we are refactoring healthcare. We want to help each of our members achieve their healthcare goals in a personalized way. To help us achieve that goal we are looking for innovative leaders who think big and push boundaries to refactor healthcare and the healthcare delivery system.
About the role:
You will work with and reach out to Oscar patients in order to help improve their overall health and wellbeing. You will perform virtual health assessment appointments where we help to identify areas in the patient's medical journey that can be improved. The health assessment is a virtual appointment where the provider reviews the patient's current medical diagnosis, medications and overall health history. The provider will use this appointment to confirm or deny suspected conditions that can be utilized for Risk Adjustment for Oscar Health Insurance.The health assessment will also be an opportunity to ...
