Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager, People Strategy to join our People Strategy team.

About the role
As a Senior Manager, People Strategy you will empower departmental leaders in achieving their department goals. You will support leaders in aligning their strategic outcomes to broader company objectives and ensure that the right roadmaps, management processes and talent are in place to achieve outcomes. You will develop a deep understanding of the technology organization's operations, allowing you to assess their effectiveness, as well as provide feedback and insight on the function, functional leader and team performance. Oscar Health might be one of the biggest insurance "startups" you might not have heard about in clinic - they IPO'd in 2021 on the New York Stock Exchange and hired insurance giant Aetna's ex-CEO in 2023. Primarily insuring rural, underserved markets, Oscar Health is still loss-making, but is making 2024's goal of profitability known.
