About the role
As an Associate, Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and managing Oscar's narrative across various owned channels including website, blog, and social media. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, journalistic content, including long-form features and short-form visual and video content, to enhance Oscar's brand presence. You will manage the day-to-day operations of Oscar's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, as well as explore emerging channels. Primarily insuring rural, underserved markets, Oscar Health is still loss-making, but is making 2024's goal of profitability known.
