Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
+Oscar is our B2B business built around that same technology and data-driven approach. We launched +Oscar to help providers and payors improve engagement and influence the behaviors of who they serve—offering a platform that powers personalized interactions, predictive analytics, and real-time insights.
About the role
As a Manager of +Oscar B2B Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing foundational marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Primarily insuring rural, underserved markets, Oscar Health is still loss-making, but is making 2024's goal of profitability known.
