The opportunity:
Our Enterprise Sales team is hiring a Director, Client Success to nourish and develop relationships with our enterprise customers. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for creating the strategy and building the team that will manage day-to-day interaction with our clients, ensuring a positive relationship and successful execution of the terms of our contract. This is a fully remote position reporting into our VP, Employer Sales.

Another Digital Health startup focusing on specialized medical care for women and families. They've been able to wrap in additional programs to their offerings such as health coaching and coordinated mental care for their target population, from menopatuse to reproductive health. Now, they're growing their operations into the employment benefits sector, having started as a direct-to-consumer digital health offering (and covering 10Mn+ lives along the way). There are many players in both the women's health and employment benefits healthcare sectors - it will be interesting to see if there's an ultimate winner, or whether there's space for many players with slightly different positionings and offerings to co-exist.
