The opportunity:
Parsley Health is hiring a VP of Clinical and Business Operations to focus on the company’s most important business priorities and drive them forward. The VP will ensure the smooth operations of the organization, including establishing company-wide OKRs, KPIs, and cross-functional projects that result in achieving growth, member experience, client experience and margin targets. This role will work closely with all teams across our company, including Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, Finance, and People to create strategies and systems that enhance productivity and company performance. Another Digital Health startup focusing on specialized medical care for women and families. They've been able to wrap in additional programs to their offerings such as health coaching and coordinated mental care for their target population, from menopatuse to reproductive health. Now, they're growing their operations into the employment benefits sector, having started as a direct-to-consumer digital health offering (and covering 10Mn+ lives along the way). There are many players in both the women's health and employment benefits healthcare sectors - it will be interesting to see if there's an ultimate winner, or whether there's space for many players with slightly different positionings and offerings to co-exist.
