The opportunity:
We are hiring a DTC Growth Lead to support Parsley Health’s efforts across our direct to consumer audience- both payer and cash pay. In this role, the Lead will partner closely with lifecycle marketing, sales, member experience and product to drive patient adoption in our products. The Lead will take a data-driven approach to marketing and run experiments to determine how to optimize member growth and will be held accountable to increasing our number of monthly acquisitions.

The Real Dill ☘️
Another Digital Health startup focusing on specialized medical care for women and families. They've been able to wrap in additional programs to their offerings such as health coaching and coordinated mental care for their target population, from menopatuse to reproductive health. Now, they're growing their operations into the employment benefits sector, having started as a direct-to-consumer digital health offering (and covering 10Mn+ lives along the way). There are many players in both the women's health and employment benefits healthcare sectors - it will be interesting to see if there's an ultimate winner, or whether there's space for many players with slightly different positionings and offerings to co-exist.
