The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Designer to engage our prospects and members across digital mediums, ranging from editorial assets for social, emails for patients, and landing pages for partners. Beyond being an incredible visual designer, the ideal candidate excels at collaborating cross-functionally with writers, product marketers, go-to-market experts, producers, product designers and marketing leaders. This role calls for organization, collaboration, and a proactive approach to both creative and strategic work. This role is best-suited for someone highly iterative, data-driven, and proactive in innovating.

The Real Dill ☘️
Another Digital Health startup focusing on specialized medical care for women and families. They've been able to wrap in additional programs to their offerings such as health coaching and coordinated mental care for their target population, from menopatuse to reproductive health. Now, they're growing their operations into the employment benefits sector, having started as a direct-to-consumer digital health offering (and covering 10Mn+ lives along the way). There are many players in both the women's health and employment benefits healthcare sectors - it will be interesting to see if there's an ultimate winner, or whether there's space for many players with slightly different positionings and offerings to co-exist.
