The opportunity:
We are hiring a VP of Finance who will play a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business. The VP will be responsible for all budget and forecasting processes. Reporting into the Co-CEO, this role serves the leader of the Finance team, and will define the playbook and processes for forward-looking analysis, company performance measurement and reporting. This person will seamlessly collaborate with our business leaders to support data-informed decision-making and build processes to meet the changing needs of our business.

Another Digital Health startup focusing on specialized medical care for women and families. They've been able to wrap in additional programs to their offerings such as health coaching and coordinated mental care for their target population, from menopatuse to reproductive health. Now, they're growing their operations into the employment benefits sector, having started as a direct-to-consumer digital health offering (and covering 10Mn+ lives along the way). There are many players in both the women's health and employment benefits healthcare sectors - it will be interesting to see if there's an ultimate winner, or whether there's space for many players with slightly different positionings and offerings to co-exist.
