The opportunity:
Clinical Coordinators play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining a robust operational foundation within our organization. By leveraging their expertise in phone skills and customer service, they contribute to the seamless delivery of healthcare services and continuously seek ways to enhance the overall membership and clinical experience.
This role will deliver an exceptional member experience in all member interactions and throughout all care delivery. Another Digital Health startup focusing on specialized medical care for women and families. They've been able to wrap in additional programs to their offerings such as health coaching and coordinated mental care for their target population, from menopatuse to reproductive health. Now, they're growing their operations into the employment benefits sector, having started as a direct-to-consumer digital health offering (and covering 10Mn+ lives along the way). There are many players in both the women's health and employment benefits healthcare sectors - it will be interesting to see if there's an ultimate winner, or whether there's space for many players with slightly different positionings and offerings to co-exist.
