The opportunity:
As the VP of Product and Engineering, you’ll spearhead Parsley Health’s technology and product strategy, combining visionary product management with technical leadership to accelerate innovation and growth. You will collaborate closely with the clinical, operational, sales, support, and design teams, as well as the executive leadership team, to drive a robust, insights-driven, and consumer-focused product roadmap.
This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership in agile environments, readiness to leverage AI-driven technologies, proficiency in low-code/no-code tools to accelerate output, and proven experience in compliance-focused industries such as healthcare or finance.
This role reports directly to our Founder and CEO, Robin Berzin.

The Real Dill ☘️
Another Digital Health startup focusing on specialized medical care for women and families. They've been able to wrap in additional programs to their offerings such as health coaching and coordinated mental care for their target population, from menopatuse to reproductive health. Now, they're growing their operations into the employment benefits sector, having started as a direct-to-consumer digital health offering (and covering 10Mn+ lives along the way). There are many players in both the women's health and employment benefits healthcare sectors - it will be interesting to see if there's an ultimate winner, or whether there's space for many players with slightly different positionings and offerings to co-exist.
