Implementation Manager
Job Description
As an Implementation Manager at Regard, you will provide project management support throughout customer integration and onboarding. You will work in partnership with the respective client's Customer Success Manager to execute strategies to support the overall health of the account. These strategies include timely execution of implementation and training project plans, fostering relationships across key client stakeholders, supporting impact analyses for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and identifying opportunities for improving onboarding and user feedback processes. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Customer Success, and will work closely with one or more Client Success Managers to ensure a world-class client experience. This role is remote with 25% travel and can be located anywhere in the US Eastern or Central time zones.

Another AI "co-pilot" that integrates with EMR systems to assist clinical workflows and decisioning (see Abridge for another example amongst many), Regard has already integrated with huge players like Cerner and Epic. They've partnered with OpenAI to use its GPT-4 model to accelerate the capabilities of its co-pilot, but ChatGPT also released it's own personalized AI app builder features recently (not to mention that data costs for using ChatGPT are many times more expensive than hosting through AWS or other platforms, though not having to build and train a large language model from scratch is certainly a cost and time save in of itself). One has to wonder if healthcare is reaching a "critical mass" in terms of AI co-pilots but, then again, the US healthcare system is incredibly fractured already...so different systems could theoretically partner with different players.
