**Opportunity:**We are seeking a proactive and strategic Clinical Operations Associate to drive the pre-onboarding and onboarding process for clinicians, manage third-party referral platform profiles (such as Psychology Today, Zencare, and Zocdoc), and conduct ongoing analysis to maximize the effectiveness of these platforms. This is absolutely wild - the global clinician shortage is well-reported throughout the media news cycle, but seeing it's specific impact in mental health quantified is pretty shocking. Resilience Lab has developed an ecosystem around this problem - upskilling to narrow the divide between academic and practice, revenue management for billing, and matching of patients to providers.
