This is absolutely wild - the global clinician shortage is well-reported throughout the media news cycle, but seeing it's specific impact in mental health quantified is pretty shocking. Resilience Lab has developed an ecosystem around this problem - upskilling to narrow the divide between academic and practice, revenue management for billing, and matching of patients to providers.
