Job Description
We are seeking a Senior / Principal Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience sourcing and hiring high-caliber technical talent across various disciplines, such as software engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This role is pivotal for managing senior-level searches, engaging with VP+ and C-suite stakeholders, and building effective partnerships across the Tech and People organizations. You will play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying and engaging talent that contributes to the diversity and success of our teams at Ro and by facilitating a seamless hiring process.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic, Full-Cycle Recruitment | Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance. Lead and implement innovative recruitment strategies and develop targeted outreach plans to identify and attract exceptional technical talent.
