Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm PST Santa Ana HQ location

We are looking for our next Insurance Coordinator who can contribute to helping patients thrive. Our Insurance Coordinator will be the connection between our patients and their insurances. The goal would be to help our patients understand our services and their cost.
About the Role:
- Provide information about services, providers, and insurance benefits to clients
- Verify and update insurance benefits for patients within their portal
- Request and receive authorizations for services and process them in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling and portal invitations for clients and providers
- Respond to patient inquiries, maintaining accurate and timely communication
- Support management in training new hires by facilitating shadowing opportunities

It makes sense then that Sensible Care's initial market focuses on TRICARE - enabling mental health services for veterans and their families. Mental Health treatment is both in shortage, and experiencing a lot of funding, but Sensible Care's founding story is pretty incredible nonetheless. (June 2024)
