About the Role

Under the direction of the VP of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead designs, implements and executes creative and effective recruiting strategies to attract exceptional clinical and non-clinical talent to Sensible Care. The Senior TA Lead serves as the recruiting subject matter expert, consulting with hiring managers and department heads to navigate the complexities of clinical and non-clinical recruitment efforts nationwide.
