About the Role
As an Operations Analyst at Sidecar Health, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing insurance operations processes across multiple divisions, including Account Management, Claims Operations, Member Care, and Provider teams. Sidecar Health, focusing on large employers, claims to do the opposite - by offering upfront prices directly to members, allowing them to compare pricing and shop around for care. It makes sense as pretty much every other purchase follows this workflow, and Sidecar Health has grown to huge proportions - their 2024 Series D round was $165mn alone! (July 2024)
