SonderMind is a platform that helps passionate clinicians like yourself operate the practice they've always wanted while making mental healthcare accessible, utilized, and improving outcomes.
All you need is a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or HSPP license in Indiana!
Here's what we provide for you:
This is a 1099 position. Your rate would be $68-$90 per 60-minute individual psychotherapy session (90837). (Rates are dependent on license type)

With competition comes failures, and the mental health space is no different. Sondermind, one of the bigger funded ventures in this space, is using its larger scale (and war chest of funding) to acquire companies that are struggling (see its 2023 acqusiion of Mindstrong's tech assets, and its previous acquisition of the neuroscience company Total Brain). With its matchmaking platform making talk therapy and psychiatric care more accessible, it will be interesting to see how the mental health space as a whole (for example, HeadSpace) adapts as larger players continue out-compete and/or acquire smaller players in an effort to fuel sustained growth and uptake while maintaining differentiation from each other.
